How do I view my transcript?
Go to MY DASHBOARD -> My Completed Programs to view the completed courses.
When does my access to Qubole University expire?
All active Qubole Data Service (QDS) users have access to our training content. Once the QDS account is closed you'll no longer have access to Qubole University.
What is the recommended browser to access Qubole University?
Google Chrome is the recommended browser to access Qubole University.

Lab on Demand is our dedicated platform for hands-on QDS training.
Do I need a training account to perform lab?
Yes. Please contact your company's QDS Administrator for assistance for setting up a training account.
When I launch the lab, the QDS and instructions windows are not resized properly and tied together. What do I do?
The lab opens in two windows - one is the QDS UI window and the other will be the lab instructions window. If you are unable to find the lab instructions or the QDS UI window please check all open browser windows. We recommend resizing the windows so the instructions and the environment are adjacent.
If you’re a Mac user, please ensure you exit the fullscreen mode (Internet browser) before launching the lab to allow the QDS platform and lab instructions windows open side-by-side.
Badge Program (Coming soon...)
Who can enroll in the Qubole badge program?
All QDS Users (Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers) and Administrators can enroll in the Qubole Badge program.
What are the eligibility criteria?
Qubole Badge programs do not have any mandatory prerequisites. However, Qubole recommends training and reference material for each badge program. Please visit the Recommended Prerequisites section of the Badge Overview page for more details.
How do I enroll in the badge program?
On your Qubole University Home page, using search tools, select Badge as the Delivery Format, and then click search. You will see the available badge programs. Click the badge tile for which you wish to enroll. Read the badge overview and then click Launch. This will launch the Badge program. First go through the Important: Exam Instructions lesson and then launch the exam.
How can I download and share my badge certificate?
After you pass the exam, you will see the Download Certificate button on the badge page as well as on the badge tile. Click Download Certificate to see the Certificate page. The Certificate page also allows you to share the badge certificate on social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Here is a reference screenshot:
You can also find the download certificate option on your profile under the My Badges section in the Qubole University.
Does the Badge expire?
Yes, the badge will expire after 18 months.
